Selected Parts
A rock and a cherry tree once grew at the site. Fragments of both have been returned: the stone split in two, its cut surface exposing the geological interior; the cherry wood elevated on bronze bars. A small bronze staircase adjoins the stone. As the bronze oxidizes, traces of use accumulate where it is worn.
