Tågteve, book and screening at Reading Edge

29/08/2018

The book Tågteve is selected for the Reading Edge collection.

During the opening night of Reading Edge, the video Tågteve will be screened in Lilla studion.

Tågteve is a video by My Lindh, that is connected to her book Tågteve, published by Jon Brunberg förlag. The video is 7:52 min long and filmed through the train window, while the installation Tågteve was installed in the landscape along the railway between Stockholm and Uppsala in the summer of 2012.

Reading edge is a place dedicated to the field of knowledge processed by the labor of choreography, performing arts and performance of today – a place that sustains reading as an art practice constantly moving across legacies and territories. Reading edge collects artists’ books and other experimental forms of publications in various format and materiality, published by independent artists and art initiatives operating at the margin. These publications offer insight into a multiplicity of bodies, languages and technologies, here provided the possibility to participate in the making of a collective correlation.

Reading edge is run by c.off and opened in August 29th 2018 at our space, Körsbärsvägen 9 in Stockholm. Reading edge is open during all c.off public events, and during the spring of 2019 every Tuesday between 12 AM until 19 PM. Otherwise upon request.
